He had acquired the New York townhouse on East 71st Street from Leslie Wexner and was using properties in Palm Beach, New Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Flight records from this period document early use of his private aircraft for travel between these locations. Victims later testified that the recruitment of underage girls in Palm Beach was already underway during the mid-1990s.
