FBI SEARCH WARRANT AFFIDAVIT

PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT:
The affiant, a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation assigned to the Public Corruption Unit, set forth the following facts in support of probable cause:
INVESTIGATION SUMMARY:
Beginning in approximately November 2018, the FBI initiated an investigation into Jeffrey Epstein for sex trafficking of minors. The investigation was based on:
- Review of evidence from the 2006-2008 Palm Beach investigation
- Identification of additional victims not covered by the 2008 NPA
- Evidence that Epstein continued criminal conduct after the NPA
- Victim interviews conducted by SDNY prosecutors and FBI agents
EVIDENCE SOUGHT:
The warrant authorized the search and seizure of:
- Photographs, videos, and digital media
- Computers, phones, and electronic storage devices
- Documents relating to travel, scheduling, and communications
- Financial records and payment documentation
- Any evidence of sex trafficking or sexual exploitation of minors
ITEMS RECOVERED:
The executed search yielded:
- Hundreds of photographs of nude or partially nude young women and girls
- Compact discs in a locked safe labeled with individual names
- Electronic devices containing potential evidence
- Large quantities of cash and loose diamonds
- An expired foreign passport with Epstein's photo and a different name
- Massage tables in multiple rooms of the residence
The evidence recovered during this search formed the foundation of the federal indictment filed on July 8, 2019.
