FBI SEARCH WARRANT AND RETURN Property: 9 East 71st Street, New York, NY 10021 Date Executed: July 6, 2019 PROBABLE CAUSE: Search warrant issued based on evidence of sex trafficking conspiracy, supporting the indictment in USA v. Epstein (19-cr-490). ITEMS SEIZED (per warrant return): - Photographs (including nude photographs of underage-appearing females) - Compact discs with handwritten labels - Computer hardware and electronic storage media - Documents and records - An expired Austrian passport with Epstein's photograph but a different name, listing Saudi Arabia as place of residence - Currency (large amount of cash) - Diamonds - A safe containing additional materials PROPERTY DETAILS: The seven-story townhouse at 9 East 71st Street was one of the largest private residences in Manhattan, valued at approximately $77 million. It was originally the Birch Wathen School before being converted to a residence. The property contained elaborate security systems including surveillance cameras.
