BACKGROUND:
Sarah Kellen (later Sarah Kellen Vickers) served as Jeffrey Epstein's personal assistant and was identified in multiple court filings and FBI reports as playing a key role in scheduling and coordinating visits by young women to Epstein's properties.
ROLE IN EPSTEIN'S OPERATION:
Court documents and FBI reports described Kellen's functions as including:
- Maintaining Epstein's daily schedule and appointment calendar
- Coordinating travel arrangements for young women visiting Epstein properties
- Answering phone calls and facilitating communications
- Managing the logistics of visits to the Palm Beach, Manhattan, and island residences
CO-CONSPIRATOR DESIGNATION:
Kellen was named as a potential co-conspirator in the 2008 non-prosecution agreement, receiving immunity from federal prosecution under the NPA's terms. She was also identified in FBI reports as one of Epstein's principal associates.
