DEPOSITION OF SARAH KELLEN Case: Giuffre v. Maxwell, No. 15-cv-7433 (S.D.N.Y.) Sarah Kellen, identified as one of Epstein's closest personal assistants, was deposed in connection with the Giuffre v. Maxwell civil case. BACKGROUND: Kellen was named as a co-conspirator in the original Palm Beach investigation and was granted immunity under the 2007 Non-Prosecution Agreement. She was described by investigators and victims as a key scheduler and recruiter. DEPOSITION NOTES: - Kellen invoked her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination on numerous questions - Limited testimony was provided on non-incriminating topics - Questions covered her role in Epstein's household operations - Topics included scheduling of visitors and travel arrangements ROLE IN SCHEME (per investigation records): - Managed Epstein's schedule of "massages" - Contacted and scheduled victims - Maintained contact lists - Coordinated logistics for Epstein's activities Kellen was granted immunity under the NPA and was not prosecuted.
