Lesley Groff served as
Jeffrey Epstein's executive assistant for over two decades, managing his scheduling, travel arrangements, and day-to-day coordination at his various properties.
KEY TESTIMONY AREAS:
SCHEDULING AND VISITOR MANAGEMENT
Groff testified about her role in scheduling appointments and visits to Epstein's residences. She maintained calendars and contact lists, coordinated arrivals and departures, and managed communications between Epstein and his various associates.
TRAVEL COORDINATION
As executive assistant, Groff was involved in coordinating travel on Epstein's private aircraft, including the Boeing 727 and Gulfstream jets. She testified about the process for arranging flights and
passenger manifests.
KNOWLEDGE OF HOUSEHOLD OPERATIONS
Groff was questioned about her knowledge of activities at Epstein's Manhattan townhouse, Palm Beach estate, and other properties. She described her understanding of the household staff structure and massage scheduling.
CONTACT WITH YOUNG WOMEN
Groff testified about her contacts with various young women who visited Epstein's properties, including her role in providing them with travel arrangements and contact information.
Groff was later named as a co-conspirator (though not charged) in federal proceedings. In December 2023, she reached a
non-prosecution agreement with federal prosecutors in exchange for cooperation.
