CIVIL ENFORCEMENT ACTION Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands v. Estate of Jeffrey Epstein et al. PLAINTIFF: Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands Filed by: Attorney General Denise N. George This civil action alleges that Epstein used his properties in the USVI, particularly Little St. James and Great St. James islands, as the base of a criminal enterprise involving: - Human trafficking - Forced labor - Sexual abuse of minors - Obstruction of justice ALLEGATIONS SPECIFIC TO USVI: - Epstein brought underage girls to the islands via private aircraft - Employees and associates facilitated the trafficking - Local authorities were aware of suspicious activity - Epstein exploited tax incentives while conducting criminal activity The USVI sought disgorgement of assets, dissolution of shell entities, and civil penalties.
