NON-PROSECUTION AGREEMENT\n\nThis agreement is entered between the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida and Jeffrey E. Epstein.\n\nUnder the terms of this agreement, Epstein will plead guilty to state charges of solicitation of prostitution and register as a sex offender.
