Subpoena issued for all records related to the security system at 9 East 71st Street, New York, NY.
RECORDS REQUESTED:
- All video surveillance footage from January 2015 to present
- Access control logs (door entry/exit records)
- Visitor sign-in logs
- Security guard duty rosters and incident reports
- Alarm system records
- Any recordings from internal monitoring systems
The property was described by prosecutors as the largest single-family residence in Manhattan.
Evidence recovered during the July 6, 2019 search included a locked safe containing CDs labeled with names.

The Epstein Case in 2019
The year 2019 was the most consequential in the Epstein case. In July, Epstein was arrested by the FBI on federal sex trafficking charges in the Southern District of New York. He was found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on August 10, 2019, in a death ruled a suicide by the medical examiner but disputed by independent pathologist Dr. Michael Baden.
