SURVEILLANCE REPORT — PALM BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT Case No: 05-368 Officers conducted surveillance of the residence at 358 El Brillo Way, Palm Beach, FL. OBSERVATIONS: - Multiple young females observed entering and leaving the residence - Visits typically lasted 1-2 hours - Subjects arrived via taxi or were dropped off by older individuals - License plates recorded and traced - Pattern of visits consistent with victim statements - Trash pulls yielded corroborating physical evidence Surveillance was conducted over approximately 11 months.
