FBI INTELLIGENCE ASSESSMENT — EPSTEIN NETWORK Classification: UNCLASSIFIED (post-FOIA release) This assessment was prepared during the initial federal investigation of Jeffrey Epstein and examines the scope of his activities and network of associates. AREAS COVERED: - Geographic scope of activities (Florida, New York, USVI, New Mexico, international) - Network of associates and employees - Financial analysis and sources of wealth - Property holdings and travel patterns - Communication patterns and methods - Victim identification and recruitment patterns FINDINGS SUMMARY: The assessment identified a sophisticated operation involving: - Multiple properties used for criminal activity - A network of recruiters and facilitators - Extensive travel using private aircraft - Financial structures designed to obscure activities - Use of employees and associates to enable conduct The assessment was heavily redacted upon FOIA release pursuant to multiple exemptions.
