GOVERNMENT'S SENTENCING MEMORANDUM\n\nUSA v. Ghislaine Maxwell, 20-cr-330 (AJN)\n\nThe Government respectfully submits that a sentence of between 360 and 660 months' imprisonment is appropriate and warranted.\n\nMaxwell played an instrumental role in the sexual exploitation and abuse of multiple minor girls over a period of years. She was a sophisticated predator who knew exactly what she was doing.\n\nThe defendant has shown no acceptance of responsibility and continues to deny her crimes despite a jury verdict finding her guilty on five of six counts.\n\nSource: DOJ\nAvailable at: https://www.justice.gov/epstein/court-records
