THE WEXNER TRANSFER:
The transfer of this property from Les Wexner to Jeffrey Epstein remains one of the most perplexing aspects of the case:
- The property was valued at approximately $77 million
- Transfer records indicate no consideration (i.e., $0 payment)
- Wexner has provided limited public explanation for the transfer
- Various accounts suggest it was a gift, a form of compensation, or a trust arrangement
- The mechanism and timing of the transfer have been disputed
PROPERTY DURING EPSTEIN'S OWNERSHIP:
During Epstein's residence, the mansion was described by visitors and investigators as containing:
- A vast collection of artwork
- Surveillance equipment and cameras

FBI SEARCH (July 2019):
The FBI executed a search warrant at the property on July 6, 2019, seizing evidence including photographs, compact discs, and other items from a locked safe.
CURRENT STATUS:
Following Epstein's death, the property was sold in 2021 for approximately $51 million as part of the estate liquidation to fund victim compensation.
