EPSTEIN FILES TRANSPARENCY ACT OF 2024

The Epstein Case in 2024
In January 2024, about 4,500 pages of previously sealed records from Giuffre v. Maxwell were filed publicly in batches between January 3 and January 9, naming more than 150 people; appearing in the records is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Florida then enacted HB 117, and on July 1, 2024, Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Luis Delgado released about 150 pages of transcripts from the 2006 grand jury that had indicted Epstein on a single solicitation charge.
