FLIGHT OPERATIONS — 1999-2002:
INBOUND FLIGHTS FROM TETERBORO (TEB):
The logs document 38 flights from Teterboro, NJ to the Santa Fe/Zorro Ranch area during this period, typically operating into Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF) when using the Boeing 727, or directly into the ranch airstrip when using the Gulfstream.
INBOUND FLIGHTS FROM PALM BEACH (PBI):
22 flights from Palm Beach to the Santa Fe area are recorded, with seasonal concentration during summer and early fall months (June through October).
INBOUND FLIGHTS FROM ST. THOMAS (STT):
8 flights from the U.S. Virgin Islands to New Mexico are documented, suggesting direct transfers between the island and ranch properties.
LOCAL HELICOPTER OPERATIONS:
The ranch maintained a helicopter pad for transfers between Santa Fe Municipal Airport and the ranch property, a distance of approximately 35 miles. These short helicopter transfers are not consistently documented in the primary flight logs.
PASSENGER PATTERNS:
Flight manifests for Zorro Ranch arrivals show a distinct passenger profile from other Epstein destinations. The ranch was used for extended stays, with guests arriving for multi-day or multi-week visits. Manifests show smaller passenger groups, typically 2-4 persons per flight.
NEW MEXICO ATTORNEY GENERAL INVESTIGATION:
In September 2019, the New Mexico Attorney General's office opened an investigation into activities at Zorro Ranch following Epstein's arrest. The investigation sought to determine whether crimes were committed on the property. These flight records were among documents subpoenaed as part of that investigation.
PROPERTY STATUS:
Following Epstein's death, the ranch was listed for sale by his estate at a reported asking price of $27.5 million.
